India has actually a poor standard for master courses in architecture…
If you want masters benifits in teaching or govt service, you can opt any suitable branch in colleges like SPA, CEPT or NITs. They are all basically the same in terms of the quality of students coming there… SPA and CEPT are better established and have better masters faculty so they may be coined the best places.
Any college in metros would suit you for that purpose. Mostly all big dreaming "UG" students complete their masters in foreign nations, for your info…

I exactly don’t have much info about the colleges for masters but i can refer you a link from where you can check for the colleges…
If you are bound to take masters course from India then think of SPA, Cept and other top few… but really, Indian masters course for architecture is not that good… generally people completing B.Arch think of going abroad for that… anyways
