is the problem of SPA with ugc or Council Of Architecture? none of the SPAs( delhi, vijaywada, bhopal) figure in the council’s list of recognised colleges of arch. in the COA website.

and since the COA registration is a must to practise architecture in india , shud one join SPA or not…….HELP!!!
