Query about NATA score

My NATA score is 119/200 and this was my first attempt.
I want to ask that do i need to give another attempt to improve my score so that i may get admission in CEPT?
I have got 91 marks in NATA which college can i get in Gujarat?

I have got a 106 out of 200 in nata on first attempt and a all india rank 1833 and state rank 36(W.B.).
Please give me information about the colleges where i can hope to get admission.
I have got NATA score 93/200, which college can i get?
